Social Security Law & Pension Law

• Legal guidance towards the retirement prospect and the requirements of retirement pension, disability pension and death pension, by all insurance funds.
• Counting of insurance periods and compilation of an analytical and personalized pre-retirement opinion, including the calculation of the amount of pension created.
• Submission of the pension application to the competent insurance fund and conducting of the retirement process until the issue of the pension decision.
• Check of the correctness of the pension decision and, if necessary, submission of objections and representation before the competent Administrative Committees of the National Social Insurance Institution (e-EFKA) as well as the competent Administrative Courts.
• Legal support on the relations and disputes between the insured and any social security fund and Legal Representation for all the kinds of legal issues that erase against the National Social Insurance Institution (claims for pensions, benefits etc.).
